Melti – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.mymelti.com.

Standard Delivery

  • Free for all orders over £30

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days

Express Delivery

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends or Bank Holidays, are dispatched the next working day

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days

  • This is a tracked service

Next Day Delivery

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on weekends or Bank Holidays, are dispatched the next working day

  • Delivered the next working day via Royal Mail

  • Delivery to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Scottish Highlands may take an additional day

Order Dispatch Confirmation

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
